Setup Unicode Error During Program Installation
This error sometimes occurs during installation if the computer in question previously had a version of Split-FX or Split-Desktop installed.

This error occurs during software installation when the HASP dongle drivers are trying to be installed when they have already been installed on the computer from the previous versions. Un-installing the software usually does not solve this issue, as teh dongle drivers are not completely un-installed.

If another software program on the computer uses the same type of HASP dongle, this error also occurs when the Split-FX installer tries to install new HASP drivers.

There are instructions for how to run the installer while skipping the step for HASP dongle driver installation...the instructions were written for Split-Desktop, so substitute Split-FX for where Split-Desktop is mentioned: http://support.spliteng.com/scp/faq.php?id=4
