Time-based name dialog was inserting "%*" instead of just "*" for full
timestamp.
Dragging folders into ODBC columns was crashing.
If no extension was specified for .sop file, was saving as text.
Dragging per-frame data into ODBC columns was crashing.
Made some channel data and some module data optional. The data isn't exported
unless specified.
Channel names forced to be unique.
Converting from string to boolean recognizes "yes/no", "0/1" and
"true/false".
Was erroneously reporting that the dongle had been removed.
Log, exception and report file names are managed to prevent name collisions.
